Finally! I got around to taking more nursery pictures so that I could post what I had promised to post just before Miles was born. The theme is sort of a classic pooh (only small touches) meets the alphabet with a soft vintage yet modern feel.
No this mirror is not filthy, it is just an antique dresser and the streaks are permanent. The dresser is at the enterance to nursery.

These are the darling little booties that my mom crocheted.

You can see the green ceiling here in the pic of the old school mobile that I made for above the crib.

This is the monogram wall mural that I made and Heather helped me arrange.

Check out the awesome Uncle Goose blocks. Gotta love buying local.

Miles' growing library and a basket full of Uncle Goose letter blocks.
My very cozy rocking chair.

A closer shot so you can see the beautiful blanket (made by Kristin's grandma) and the awesome pillow (made by my super fab neighbor to match the valance she made (see below for the valance)).

The antique side table that I found for $28 at an estate sale. It was exactly what I was looking for to finish off the nursery. You can't see the lamp well in this pic, but it is an off white crackle finish with a cream lamp with green flecks and green and white trim.

This pic of the valance does not show well on the blog, but the fabrics are the same as the pillow above.
The butter yellow classic Jenny Lind spindle crib. Good thing I ordered it when I did, as they've recently discontinued it.
The basket under the crib holds lots of blankets.
The matching changing table. The baskets on the wall hold the wipes and toiletries, etc. Pardon the fact that we still haven't gotten around to installing the lightswitch cover plate. We bought it the day before Miles was born and somehow just haven't found the time (or remembered) to do it.

Hope that you've enjoyed the long awaited Nursery Tour.
